Matthew Kidle on Monday became the last of three former Palms Casino Resort race and sports book employees sentenced in the case stemming from horse races wagers between 2006 and 2007.
Kidle pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Kidle apologized before sentencing by U.S. District Judge Jennifer Dorsey.
Former Palms sports book supervisor Michael Albanese was sentenced in July to one year in federal prison.
Former sports book ticket writer Kassie Baker was sentenced in May to three years’ probation.
